Shake Rising is currently offered in person at The Sanctuary Kauai on Wednesday nights at 6:00 pm.

THIS WEEK, we're gonna hit the Lightning in a Bottle stage Wednesday the 24th at 8:00 pm and Saturday the 27th at 5:00 pm.

The classes tend to fill up, so signing up online is highly recommended, to ensure your spot!
