โ€˜Fitness through the Chakrasโ€™ is for anyone interested in the Shake Rising modality - to get a behind-the-scenes look of how we use fitness in our spiritual movement practice.

After each session, you will walk away with specific exercises & a routine to activate each specific energy center in the body, from root to crown.ย
