At Shake Rising we hold three intentions that act as a road map to our liberation.
01. Activate Our Life-Force Energy
With the understanding that our attention is powerful and potent enough to energize anything, we energize our Self to feel the fullness of who we are.
02. Reprogram Our Subconscious Mind
Through repetitive affirmations, non-conscious beliefs are illuminated and made conscious, as we notice our bodies response to each phrase.
03. Regulate Our Nervous System
Full-body shaking is a somatic tool that releases excess energy stored in the body, accumulated from past memories, that manifests as palpable triggers and reactivity.

Our Shake Rising practice is a unique 45-90 minute class that blends fitness, dance, and energy work, and is aimed to liberate each participant.
This transformative movement practice focuses on activating life force energy, reprogramming our subconscious mind, and regulating the nervous system through full-body shaking. It's more than a workout; it's a journey towards personal liberation and embracing your Self as a co- creator of your reality.

The Shake Rising “Facilitator Training” is a dynamic 3-month program specifically designed for women who are passionate about serving others and ready to step into their power as change-makers.
This program is ideal for you if you want to master the art of facilitating the Shake Rising modality, expanding your skill set so that you can lead in any space.
This training goes beyond technique; it's about building your confidence, and unlocking a world of opportunities, community, and sisterhood connections. Through this facilitator training you’ll have the opportunity to become a certified Shake Rising facilitator.

- 2 Online Calls / Week studying and learning the Shake Rising manual in depth
- A total of 3 Months of Group Mentorship
- In-person Facilitator Training at the culmination of the 3-month training
